"Have you ever felt down about yourself?"
I believe most of us experience this before. What would you do to raise your self esteem during that time?
Even I have learnt many great techniques for self esteem help. It does not mean that I will never feel low self esteem again.
Today I experience this low self worth situation. When I notice that I'm having it. Here're 3 steps I've done to raise my esteem level
1. Acknowledge the feeling by saying "Thank you for sharing."
2. Ask myself "What have I learnt from this situation?"
Then I take a break by listening to the Peak Potential Paraliminal CD to charge my battery :)
3. Ask myself "What can I do now to make it better?"
When I've got the answers what I could do now. My mind is too busy to keep thinking or complaining about myself anymore.
